In addition to regular classes, we offer competitive and non-competitive performance
opportunities for ages 8-18. The Dance Arts Competing and Performing Company is now entering it's sixth year. The team performs at a number of events throughout the year. Previous appearances include The Puyallup Fair, Maple Valley Days, Renton River Days to name a few. We also schedule performances at schools, malls and retirement homes. The team has won numerous awards over the years in competitions such as Spotlight, Rainbow Connection and International Dance Challenge.

Auditions for the 2004-2005 Company are Saturday, June 5th! The age/audition times are as follows: Ages 7-12 (Jazz 10:00am, Lyrical 10:30am), Ages 7-18 (Hip Hop 11:00am), Ages 13-18 (Jazz 11:30am, Lyrical 12:00pm). Our Company contact is available at our studio or can be mailed. You must read the entire Company contract for all details and requirements, and turn in your signed copy of contract sheet (found on last page) one week prior to the auditions.

Students are divided into age/ability appropriate groups and are judged in the areas of technical ability, stage presence and attitude. Being a member is a big commitment, but also a great opportunity for students to grow in the areas of performing, teamwork and responsibility.
